AB Sagax (publ): SAGAX INVESTS SEK 1,125 MILLION THROUGH 6 TRANSACTIONS

Sagax has acquired 9 properties through 6 separate transactions for the equivalent of SEK 1,125 million. The properties comprise 106,000 square metres of lettable area mainly consisting of premises for warehousing and light industrial purposes and 192,800 square metres of freehold land. The annual rental income amounts to the equivalent of SEK 82 million. The occupancy rate is 100% and the average remaining lease term is 3.6 years. Closing has taken place for acquisitions totalling SEK 1,039 million. The remaining acquisitions are expected to close during the fourth quarter of 2026. The acquisitions will be reported in Sagax’s segments Iberia (SEK 946 million), Benelux (SEK 93 million), Germany (SEK 49 million) and France (SEK 37 million).
