Karnov Group: Acquisitions of own ordinary shares of series A in Karnov Group

Karnov Group AB (publ) ("Karnov") has, during the period 24 August - 28 August 2026, acquired a total of 5,000 own ordinary shares of series A within the framework of the repurchase programmes introduced by the board of directors to optimise and improve the capital structure of Karnov by reducing the capital, thereby creating additional shareholder value. The Repurchase Programmes, that were announced by Karnov on 20 May 2026, is carried out in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014 and the Commission Delegated Regulation No 2016/1052. Following the above acquisitions, Karnov's holding of own shares as of 28 August 2026 amounted to 3,574,703 shares (whereof 3,427,315 ordinary shares of series A and 147,388 shares of series C). The total number of shares in Karnov amount to 99,683,846 shares (whereof 99,536,458 ordinary shares of series A and 147,388 shares of series C).
