Stockholm, Sweden, October 15, 2026 - Maximum Entertainment AB (Nasdaq: MAXENT B) (“Maximum Entertainment” or the “Company”) was informed today that the Swedish Enforcement Authority (Kronofogden) had issued an attachment order on October 14, 2026, concerning funds in the Company’s bank account with SEB. As a result, all of the Company’s available funds have been attached. The order concerns the enforcement of claims arising from the arbitration award of July 8, 2026, in the dispute with the sellers of Maximum Games, as announced by the Company in a press release on the same day. The total debt covered by the order amounts to SEK 160,898,318. The Board of Directors is currently evaluating the situation and its implications for the Company’s financial position and operations. The Company will keep the market informed of any material developments.
