The number of shares and votes in Precise Biometrics AB (publ) has increased as a result of the recently completed rights issue of ordinary shares, whereby 121,951,219 new shares were issued. As of 31 August 2026, the total number of shares in Precise Biometrics amounts to 268,687,629, of which 267,602,629 are ordinary shares, carrying one vote each, and 1,085,000 are C shares held by the company, carrying one-tenth of a vote each.
