NOBA Bank Group AB (publ): NOBA Bank Group AB (publ) has successfully issued subordinated Tier 2 notes

NOBA Bank Group AB (publ) ("NOBA") has successfully issued SEK 350m subordinated Tier 2 notes ("T2"). The T2 notes have a tenor of 10.4 years with a possible first call date after 5.1 years and pay a coupon of three months STIBOR +2.22%. The notes will be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. Settlement date will be 11 September 2026. The notes were issued under NOBA’s existing MTN programme which has a total framework of SEK 10 billion. In the transaction, Nordea and Danske Bank acted as joint lead managers.
