Tieto Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 2 September 2026 11:30 a.m. EEST Tieto has completed the share repurchases for its share-based incentive programmes, announced on 22 July 2026. During the time period from 31 August to 1 September 2026, the company acquired a total of 95 000 of its own shares in trading organized by Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd. The average purchase price per share was EUR 19.8065. At the moment, the company holds a total of 502 693 own shares. Following these share repurchases, Tieto will start repurchases for its share buyback programme of EUR 90 million, as announced on 22 July.
