Tieto Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 31 August 2026 9:00 a.m. EEST Tieto has today cancelled 1 900 000 treasury shares in line with the decision on the share buyback programme of EUR 150 million, announced on 12 February 2026. The company is cancelling the repurchased shares on a monthly basis. The cancellation reduces the total number of shares and votes to 110 930 150. The cancellation of the shares was registered with the Finnish Trade Register on 31 August 2026, after which the company holds a total of 407 693 treasury shares, including the shares repurchased by 28 August 2026.
