Bravida Holding: Repurchase of shares in Bravida 31 August - 4 September 2026 (week 36)

The Board of Directors of Bravida Holding AB (publ) ("Bravida") (LEI code:549300H88IJGPNNL3T61) has, as communicated on 13 July 2026, initiated a second share buyback program of maximum SEK 100 million. The purpose of the program is to optimize the company's capital structure and contribute to increased shareholder value. During the period from 31 Aug to 4 Sep 2026, a total of 82,229 ordinary shares (ISIN: SE0007491303) were repurchased. Pursuant to the authorization granted by the 2026 Annual General Meeting, Bravida's Board of Directors has initiated a second share buyback program of maximum SEK 100 million. The existing program runs until 19 October 2026. During the period from 31 August up to and including 4 September 2026, 82,229 own ordinary shares were repurchased. All repurchases were carried out independently and without influence from Bravida, by Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB on Nasdaq Stockholm. The buyback program is being carried out in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 ("MAR") and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 (the "Safe Harbour Regulation").
